1. How To Enter: The “Win a 7-Day Family Caribbean Cruise Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 19, 2011 and ends 11:59 PM (ET) on April 30, 2011 (the “Promotional Period”).  Enter online or by mail.  To enter online, complete the entry form in the Sweepstakes area on www.easyhomemeals.com and click to submit during the Promotional Period. To enter by mail, print your name, address, and daytime phone number on a 3” by 5” paper, insert in a stamped envelope and mail to “7-Day Caribbean Cruise Sweepstakes”, P.O. Box 2502, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-2502. No mechanical reproductions or facsimiles accepted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2011 and received by May 7, 2011.  A total of one entry allowed per day per person and per e-mail address regardless of method of entry.  The Sponsor(s), Administrator, and any Internet access providers, their respective parents, affiliates, divisions, and agencies, and each of the foregoing entities’ respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transfer of entry information, human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed data transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access web sites, damage to a user’s computer system (hardware and/or software) due to participation in this Sweepstakes or any other problem or error that may occur, or for late, lost, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, illegible entries or postage due entries and/or mail. Any entry information collected from the Sweepstakes shall be used only in a manner consistent with the consent given by entrants at the time of entry and with these Official Rules.  By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules.
2. Prize Drawing: (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May 16, 2011 by the Administrator, an independent judging organization whose decisions on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes are final.  Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.  All prizes will be awarded. Only one prize per person, family, or household.  Winner will be notified by mail, phone, or e-mail.  Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (which affirms that he/she has complied with these rules) as well as a liability release, and where legal, a publicity release which if issued, must be completed, signed, and returned within 14 days from date of issuance or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.  Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor(s) and their designees to use winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.  Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.  If, for any reason, this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of this Sweepstakes and processing of entries per these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in Sponsors’ sole opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor(s) reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof.  In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, Sponsor(s) reserve the right to conduct a random drawing to award prize from among all eligible, non-suspect, entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation.  In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question.  Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor(s) reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Prize: Sweepstakes presented by the National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association (NFRA) and may be offered by members of the NFRA in different creative executions.  Although creative presentations may vary from member to member, each prize category will be the same value.  (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 7-day Family Caribbean Cruise for four. Prize includes roundtrip coach air transportation for winner and 3 guests to Miami, FL from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest to winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor(s)). Winner and guests will be responsible for any transportation fees and expenses incurred to get from/to residence to/from selected airport. Cruise line will provide transfers between airport and point of cruise embarkation/debarkation. Stateroom provided will accommodate up to 4 persons, with a minimum of an ocean view.  All meals (except meals in specialty restaurants) are included, along with snacks, 24-hour room service, non-specialty coffee, tea, and non-bottled water.  Specialty coffees, bottled water, and other beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are not included. Selection of cruise itinerary, dates of cruise, and assignment of cabin type will be at the discretion of Sponsor(s). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $7,500.  Actual value of Grand Prize trip may vary based on Grand Prize winner’s point of departure and arrival, dates of travel, and cruise fares at time of booking.  All taxes and other expenses relating to acceptance of Grand Prize (including, but not limited to, government/airport/cruise taxes, fuel surcharges, meals in specialty/premium restaurants, any beverages that are not included, gratuities, in-room charges, telephone calls, gambling expenses, and incidentals) are responsibility of Grand Prize winner and guests.  Travel subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. Travel arrangements must be made through agent designated by Sponsor(s). Grand Prize winner and guests must all travel on the same itinerary and provide travel documents suitable for travel (e.g. acceptable photo ID, passport, visa, etc.).  If winner resides within a 100 mile radius of Miami, FL, ground transportation may be provided for winner and guests in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Trip must be taken (and completed) by May 16, 2012 or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Travel dates are determined and subject to change by the Sponsor(s).  Grand Prize winner will be notified of actual travel dates. The trip may not be combined with any other offer.  Certain blackout dates, travel restrictions, government regulations, conditions, and limitations may apply. All details of prize not specified herein shall be determined by Sponsor(s). Total approximate value of all prizes is $7,500. Taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of winner.  No prize substitution or transfer of prize permitted except by Sponsor(s) due to prize unavailability, in which case prize substitution will be of equal or greater value.  By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, actions and/or liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in and/or entry into this Sweepstakes or use of any prize won.
4. Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to all U.S. citizens legally residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia 21 years of age or older.  Employees (and the immediate families and household members of such employees) of the National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association, its members, including the Sponsor(s), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, retail grocers promoting Sweepstakes, advertising agencies and Marden-Kane, Inc. are ineligible.  Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.
